Description
This 2016 Scarab 195 HO Impulse, The previous owner didn't remove the bilge plugs when it rained hard outside. The engine bay filled with water and when they discovered it they pulled drain plugs, but it was too late. Low compression on one of the three cylinders.
The engine turns over but will not start. The boat was stored with a cover on it, so the upholstery looks good. Priced very cheap if you are mechanically inclined.
