You are looking at a well proven well sorted 1985 Jeep CJ-7, built by Mikes Metal Worx in Covina California. This was his personal Jeep, his vision was to have an old school CJ-7 that would be reliable to drive to and from the trails and very capable rock crawler on the trails. I have owned the CJ for five plus years and taken it on several Jeep Jamborees. When I bought the Jeep from Mike I flew from Texas to California and drove it back to Texas, I hit several trails on the way home, Johnson Valley, Joshua tree national monument, Sedona Arizona trails, Jerome Arizona trails, Silverton Colorado, driving it home and visiting different trails made my trip a great memory. Mike had the oil changed and checked it over before the trip home. It was flawless except I couldn't sync my blue tooth on my phone so I listened to the only CD I had Journeys greatest hits, over and over, but not bad. Below is a list of the extreme modifications:
This Jeep is powered by a 2005 Chevy 5.3 LS motor, paired with a 700R4 4 speed automatic transmission. Motor was removed from a 2005 Silverado with 65,000 miles, new toy shop rebuilt transmission was installed, Removeable hard top, full doors, 1/2 doors, uppers are included. It has 9,500 miles since rebuild.

*9" Ford rear end, ARB Air locker, 4:88 gears, Pinion support, disc brakes
*4 Link rear suspension with 2x1/4 wall link lower tubes & 1-3/4 x 3/16 wall upper tubes
*1-1/4 Johnny Joints throughout, King Coil Overs with dual rate springs and reservoirs
*Currie rock Jock rear sway bar, High angle drive line CVC front and rear
*heavy duty 3/4 ton chevy fron Dana 44, Reid racing Knuckle, 4:88 gears, ARB Locker
*Currie coil springs, Fox Reservoir shocks, 3 link front suspension with 2x1/4 link tubes
*Heavy Duty Panhard Bar, 1-1/2" 1/4 wall tie rod with 7/8 chromoly heim joints
*Custom built front sway bar just turn the knob, no links to disconnect
*5 37x12.15x 16 Truxis Mud Terrains, great highway and rock tire, mounted on bead lock wheels
*AGR Steering box, Heavy wall front guard and steering box guard, with flaming river ujoints
*Hydro boost power brake system
*separate thermostat transmission cooler
* MSD Ignition coils
*Aluminum Radiator with custom aluminum fan shroud
*custom tube fenders, tube rock sliders, and fender well panels
*Dual battery system
*ARB twin air compressor, with stainless quick disconnects
*Heavy duty front bumper with a Warn 905 and synthetic rope
*custom dash with autometer gauges, Garmin Navigation
*Custom built heavy duty roll cage with Aluminum cover on top
*LED front lights, rock lights, interior lights, and reverse lights
*locking security console, 40 channel cb flush mounted
*Twin custom built locking rear tool boxes
*custom 22 gallon aluminum fuel tank with steel skid plate and aeromomotive in-tank fuel pump
*full flat bell skid plate underneath
*Single person add on tent included
*Custom Beard leather suspension seats, color matched to Jeep
