Description
We have a really solid 1971 Pontiac Grand Prix. Powered by a 400 CI V-8 with a 4 barrel carburetor. Power goes through a 3 speed automatic transmission that shifts the way it should. You'll be comfortable in the factory bucket seats, while the air conditioning blows cold air on you.
We call this kind of car a "survivor" It has been repainted and there is a new vinyl top that looks good! Other than that, it's unmolested.
We don't think the fuel gauge works, but the oil pressure gauge definitely does. This car rides like the luxury cars of it's era, It kinda floats down the road in style. The interior is in good shape, the dash looks good, it has a tilt steering wheel and odometer says 63,621 miles (TMU).
If you put a fresh tank of premium fuel in the car and just drive it, the car would love that!
Recent work includes a new power steering box and a new alternator.
There is " flash" rust on the frame and trunk floor, but no actual rust issues. This is a clean, 52 year old car!
