1979 Chevrolet K-15 single cab, short bed. Don't we all wish we had kept a few of these trucks, when we had them, 30 years ago?
This is a pretty good truck. It has been "restored" to it's former glory. They were work trucks back then and can continue to be a work truck or even a daily driver, if you want. This one has a newer crate motor, 350 CI with some alumicoate headers.
A lot of things have been replaced on this truck, recently. It has a new exhaust system, new suspension, new shocks, some new Air conditioning parts, yes, it blows cold. It also has a new alternator, a new radiator, a K&N air filter, new tires, new battery, new rear bumper and the interior is all new, including the carpet and headliner! The spray in bed-liner is a nice touch. The paint is good driver quality, not show quality, but it is a truck and they were never that pretty, even from the factory! lol
The engine starts right up and it runs smooth. It drives like a lifted Chevy truck with a new suspension, little bouncy, but not horrible!
The market on these old gems is crazy, but this truck is priced low enough for the new owner to give it some love and have a real good investment sitting in their garage!
