Description
This 990 belongs to our owner. The bike has just over 14,000 miles. It is set up well. It has been used as intended. It has been dropped probably half a dozen times, but never at speed. The bike has been to Colorado, Utah, big bend, Arkansas, the hill country, and never missed a beat. The important info: Zumo 550 GPS - Ram mount, Touratech low seat - HUGE add for these bikes, Leo Vince Carbon slip on's, KTM large side stand foot, Bar risers, KTM heated grips, Piaa 525 driving lights, Black dog cycle works light mounts, KTM rear rack with pelican top case, KTM Trax hard bags, KTM pannier mounts, KTM tank bag, Engine guard bags, SKF fork seals, Hyde racing tinted touring screen, Factory tinted screen cut down for off road/hot weather. Battery tender lead, Michelin tubes, 2-3 tooth larger Supersprox rear sprocket. The bike needs it's annual service, oil change/valves checked. He has always used motorex oil and ktm filters. The bike has not been abused. The front TKC 80 has about 30% life and the typical scalloping. The rear Hidenau K60 has about 60% life remaining and is very good. This is a good opportunity to buy a well set up KTM 990 R. For those who haven't sipped the orange kool aid, these bikes have slightly more suspension travel, no abs, and more power compared to the 990 Adventure S.
